For high-quality CBD oil, all you truly need is the CBD extract and a carrier oil. Preservatives are not necessary and should not be listed in the ingredients. Any additional ingredients should provide specific benefits, such as essential oils for fragrance. If you see a long list of ingredients, it’s time to consider a different CBD oil.

Avoid CBD oils that are stated to contain “natural and artificial flavors”, as this typically means unsafe additives.
